The name eos was derived from Greek mythology and the origin of the sunrise. Having an architectural foundation firmly rooted in the classical perfection of form, eos architecture is focused on the importance of the plan, with an aspiration to artistry in architecture and a continual re-visitation of the Vitruvian concepts: Firmitas—Utilitas—Venustas (strength, usefulness, and beauty).
Eos architecture specializes in high-end design that elevates the architectural experience through planning excellence, technical development, beauty in detail, and execution. We have assembled a talented team of designers, engineers, and contractors. We establish a very open and transparent communication process with our clients to assure their values are revealed through the design process.
We create all our projects in three-dimensional computer software and use the latest technology to advance the design and technical project development.

PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
JENNIFER BOLYN , AIA
Graduated from Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute, in Troy, New York with a dual bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Building Science. After the university, Jennifer pursued educational and personal development in Rome where she worked as an architect and continued her education for three years. Her focus was on the artistic and cultural values of the Renaissance. Additionally, she spent time in Paris and Berlin learning about the origins of modern art and the Bauhaus School of architecture.
Jennifer established Eos architecture in 2005 and has subsequently designed many beautiful buildings. She is highly versatile in style and possesses an exceptional ability to grasp a project's potential on a macro and micro scale. Her level of focus assures that projects are integrally designed, including the technical guidance for energy efficiency, lighting, thermal comfort as well as the material quality for beauty and durability.
DESIGNER . ARTIST . CREATIVE DIRECTOR
CHRISTOPHER AARON
Christopher Aaron aka DELR ONE is a Contemporary Urban Artist, raised in Los Angeles. Christopher works with eos as a Creative Director, Designer, and Art Advisor, providing oversight of furniture selection and other creative collaboration, curated art collections, and custom artwork for site installation. His art experience and knowledge are extremely helpful whether a client is looking to expand their investment portfolio through artwork or see art to express their artistic and aesthetic interests.
Best known for his large abstract cement pieces, his work is often compared to abandoned buildings, decaying urban spaces, and alleyways of buffed graffiti.
Christopher has been exhibiting in solo and group shows since 2011. His work has been featured in homes in publications such as Luxe Interiors + Design and San Diego Home/ Garden, as well as with collectors around the world.
PROJECT MANAGER
SHANI SPARKS
Shani Sparks graduated from Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a minor in Environmental Design.
She has 9 years of professional experience and has had the opportunity to develop professionally in Seattle, as well as Mexico where she was also able to expand her studies in graphic design.
She joined the Eos team in 2013, and as Project Manager has collaborated on the development and review of plans, using her personnel management skills to balance client needs, contractor coordination, and construction regulations to successfully execute projects.
OFFICE MANAGER
FRAN KAMINSKI
Fran joined Eos in 2017. In her role as Office Manager she is responsible for all accounting related items as well as the day to day office operations, including communication with clients.
Prior to joining Eos, Fran spent 20 years as a Sales manager for Renault and Fiat.
Originally from Brazil, She has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Dom Bosco University.
Fran mostly enjoys the sunny weather in San Diego, she lives with her 2 children who are 11 and 13.

BAU DESIGN STUDIO
BAU Design Studio was co founded by Camila Farran and Ana Paula Batista and has been our partner since 2005.
BAU Design Studio works together with EOS Architecture integrating our high-end designs into digital solutions to support and manage projects thru completion. The BAU team provides specialized outsourced project management, BIM management, drafting and 3D visualization. The team is comprised of a multitude of talents including architects, designers, project managers, render artists and drafters.
Co-founder Camila Farran is a Brazilian architect based in San Diego with over 20 years of experience managing projects and teams focusing on high-end residential designs.
Co-founder Ana Paula Batista is a Brazilian architect with over 20 years of experience managing operations for the outsourced production team.
